RESIDENTIAL/ COMMERCIAL HOSPITALITY  AFFORDABLE HOUSING URBAN PLANNING INTERIORS RETIREMENT RESORTS The project consists of 88 residential units. It represents a new approach to Public Housing which offers a unique lifestyle opportunity to future residents. It contributes to the creation of a neighbourhood where residents live and interact in a safe and healthy environment. This proposed new concept for affordable housing was acclaimed by the local government as a desirable model which can integrate affordable housing with the rest of residential ighbourhoods. The Department of housing recognized the value of this positive approach to public housing and proceeded purchase from FPA the unlimited right of use of this design.
